It was a simple, easy and straight forward process. No B.S. or anything like that. Great experience from start to finish which was all in about a 24 hour period. I'm glad we got Todd as our salesman. You can tell he is a seasoned veteran in the business.
This was the 2nd time that my service appt. Was not good. Drop off my truck the Night before and Did not get a call at all the next day. I called at 3.00 to see if it was ready And was first told of 3 or 4 thing you think the truck needs done. But did not know if the 2 items it was brought in for were done.. So they need to keep the truck for the weekend so Monday the could figure out if it was or was not done. Next I was given a loner truck. But the gas tank was empty. 80 miles on a New truck and zero gas in the tank. I know and do the Replace the fuel you use. And do, I have had many loner from you It was just Bad all around this time.

We had an oil change, tire rotation, break inspection, and air filter replacement. The pricing was fair however a panel under the driver side that needed to be removed to replace a filter was not put back properly. This lead to the panel breaking when my wife was adjusting the seat forward.
Service was prompt. I drove the car home. The next day I was going to take my wife to the doctor. I opened the car door and noticed a large part on the floor. It was an access panel to cover a service opening on the lower left side of the instrument panel. Apparently service technician had replaced it upside down so it neither fit correctly nor was securely attached. I had the aptitude and experience to be able to reinstall it correctly, but my wife and most other people probably wouldn't have been able to do so.
