Was told that the front brakes were 2mm and at 3mm they need to be replaced usually. Was also told that the rotors were also needing to be replaced. Took vehicle to another tire/brake location and they stated we had 6mm on brake pads and nothing was wrong with the rotors. When we called back to explain, no apology was given and then the rep. on the phone stated that they didn't take the wheels off to assess and no exact measurement should have been given to us.

Working with Kevin and Eric for these repairs was enjoyable. They are extremely helpful and they care about their customers. On a side note, Kevin helped me order four new tires but it was more than just ordering tires I wanted a more aggressive tire and he took the time to show me several types. Kevin selected a tire for me and after driving through the snow it was a perfect purchase. With your professional mechanics, Kevin, and Eric there's no need to go anywhere else.
My daughter takes her car in for oil fix and then you send it back to her with the check engine light on. It's a bunch a bullshit. It wasn't on when we gave you the car it shouldn't be on when we get the car back. I will never purchase a car from this dealership again. It has been the worst experience. Nothing but problem with the car we have purchased.

I went in thinking that I would need to replace my turn signal bulb, and in fact I bought two bulbs to replace. But with the assistance of Wayne In the parts department, and Alex in the service department I was able to have the work done at no cost through my warranty on the vehicle. Excellent job for both of them!

The people in the service department were friendly and helpful. Was there on a Sunday and I'm sure they wished they were someplace else. It was just a complementary oil change. While I was waiting I inquired about a set of splash guards in the parts department. The price was the same as GMPartsDirect online. I bought them. However I realized I could get Weather Tech splash guards. I was going to return the GM guards I bought that day. I declined once I discovered there is a 20 percent restocking fee on returns. I think that is a bit extreme.

Someone was right there to help the second I walked in the door. My vehicle was taken promptly to be serviced. I was given an approximate time it would be finished. It was done in much less time. Thank you!
