There was an oversight when I dropped my car off, so no one looked at it. I was told I'd get a call in about an hour. Two and a half hours later, I had not received a call, so I called in and was told that they didn't have any info for me. At three hours, I went back in person and when someone looked into it, they realized my car had just been sitting there, no had looked at it yet. Maybe someone should have looked into that when I called at the two and half hour mark. I had made an appointment for the time I dropped it off. I asked that the air filter be changed out. It wasn't. I asked them to look at a spot on the car that had been scraped and touch it up as best they could so it wouldn't rust. They said sure, no problem. When I picked it up they said they had been able to do that. I didn't double check their work before I left. Looked today, and it looks exactly the same. with exposed metal still present. Will not use again.
