I called in the morning to schedule an oil appointment and they had an afternoon appointment available which was wonderful because it was working out with time since I needed to pick up kids from school but I ended up having to call them back to cancel because of a work conflict. A couple hours later after figuring out my work, I called them back hoping they could get me in after all, and they were able to. And to top it all off, they had a SPECTACULAR massage chair in the waiting room so I was able to relax. Thank you to the staff in the service department who were so nice to me on the phone AND in person.
The service performed is generally acceptable. We had a brake job done in December that was not put back together correctly. After less than a month I started to hear grinding when brakes were applied and immediately brought it in. It was also due for 60k differential service. They did repair the brakes again gratis, I wonder if the life of my brakes is diminished due to the error. The work usually is not an issue. Our gripe is the lack of communication sometimes. The brake job in December was a prime example. Brought the car in the evening before so they could start the brake job the next day. It was a simple 2 wheel job. It was after 4 pm when they finally called and said it would be ready, not leaving much of a window before 6. It would be better if an update could be made to the customer if the anticipation is that it wont be ready for several hours. Not the first time they have left us in the dark until almost the end of business. Aside from having the work done twice and the long waits for a call, the work is good, but the experience could be better.

Once again An outstanding job. Always grade a service work done. Austin and his team are always helpful and friendly. If something should come up they let you know before hand. Unlike other places. where the bill can go from $200 to $1000 and not even let you know. Beardmore service always goes above and beyond to get the work done and done right the first time. Thank you.
Came in for oil change and tire rotation. I thought checking tire pressure was part of the service, but when leaving one was at 38, two at 35, and one at 33. Guess they were in too big of a hurry to crank out everything on a Friday night.

It was a good experience. At the same time I went to find put how I could get out of our lease and by the car. I met with Stephanie Morgan and she went through the process with my wife and I. Did buy the vehicle and the maintenance plan also. Wish we had done this before we got the work done. We do like our vehicle and the Beardmore experience. Thank you!
