I plan on replacing at least one vehicle in next year, I have always had plans to buy one from Beardmore because when I have been in a bind your team really came through , in all the years I have went to Service Department at Beardmore I walked away feeling I was valued as a customer, a rare thing in today's world.
It was okay they where nice. I felt like they where trying to get me to do more things to my car and I did not need those things done. Just to make more money. It's not the first time that this has happen. Even after the oil change and tire rotation was do I drove home and I could tell that my car was shaking and vibrating a little and when I called and said something about it. They again was trying to get more money out of me my car was fine when I brought it in and know I have to get the tires balanced and they want 75 dollar. Not paying that I will go some where else that will be way cheaper and have a life time warranty that if I need it again its free. I was a regular costumer for ya'll. I have bought two cars from there. Its just sad that this is the way ya'll treat your female customer and think we don't know better. Just WOW!!!

Don’t understand why fuel filter (23304096) costs $66.90 at dealership but can be purchased online for around $30 (yes it is an AC Delco filter). Also it was a “1.2 hour” job. No way. Highly doubt I’ll be going back for non warranty work. The people at the dealership are very polite but at $140 an hour for labor and inflated parts cost why would I go back? The only reason I had it done there is so there is a record of all work performed so I won’t have to worry about any potential arguments over having any warranty work done if need be. Also their operating hours work well with my work schedule.
Jacob - Thank you for your comments. Parts purchased online and at retail will differ in cost; and we do try to price our parts and labor competitively with other area dealers. We'd also encourage you to take advantage of our service specials found on our website. Thank you for your business! Sincerely - Beardmore Chevrolet.
Bought the vehicle new from Beardmore and was told at the time of purchase that there would not be any issues with extra options at time of purchase. I was told that the complete care package I had expired, even though my paperwork said it is good for 24 months or 24,000 miles. I have not come close to 24,000 miles and have not owned the vehicle two years.
David - Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry about the confusion regarding your complete care package. Please reach out to Chris Fasbender, Director of Operations, at 402-734-2525, and he will be happy to assist further. Sincerely - Beardmore Chevrolet.
