Had a check engine light come on while driving home late at night from a holiday gathering. Next day, being Christmas Eve, took my car in as soon as service department opened and they got me in and repaired my car. I was back on the road by noon. Thanks so much for your prompt attention!

I bought a 2015 GMC Terrain that the sales person told us was in perfect condition. When I bought it it was above 33,000 miles. When I took it in for the first oil change, they told me I should have the 30k maintenance package done on it (for $730 when I’ve owned the vehicle for 4 months) as I “missed the 30,000 appointment”. I didn’t miss it as this car was in the dealerships possession at 30,000 miles. If this was something my car needed why was it not done on it when the dealership had it? Oh yeah, you wouldn’t have got more money from me that way. I am very unlikely to return to this dealership for any more service work nor will I suggest it to others buying a vehicle in the future.
I can not put into words how Great the service center is. Austin and his team go way above and beyond. Fast accurate service each and every time. Always helpful and explain each thing. If anything comes up during repairs always well informed on what it is and cost. wish more places where like this what a great team. So much better than that other place across the river COUGH COUGH EDWARDS. Well worth the drive to get the work done and done right.
As always, Kevin Meintz (Service Manager)or any of the staff were polite, helpful and always professional in their jobs. I get my Silverado 2500 and Corvette serviced at Beardmore because I can count on things being done right and at a fair price. I purposely drive from Elkhorn Neb to Bellevue because I have a long history of not only living here and serving the Air Force but buying Chevy products over many years. So my experience has always been great and I'd expect nothing less.
