I hate surveys especially when you are led to believe the dealership and the individual helping you are dependent on the corporation or dealer to have only the top rating. It's like they really don't want to know your real input, just get the top marks to stay on the good side of what ever rating system is in place. If I have a concern or problem, I know how to let the appropriate folks know. My ratings are the top because the service was tops!
