I called Friday to see if there were any available appointments for a drop off on Saturday for an oil change. They lady who I spoke with was very rude and served like Iwas a bother. When I brought in my vehicle a lady, literally sighed when I started was I there for and demanded my key. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She left me feeling bad when I left. The gentleman at pick up was very friendly and personable. Thankfully to him I turned my experience around.
