Bought the vehicle new from Beardmore and was told at the time of purchase that there would not be any issues with extra options at time of purchase. I was told that the complete care package I had expired, even though my paperwork said it is good for 24 months or 24,000 miles. I have not come close to 24,000 miles and have not owned the vehicle two years.
