Was ok, but there seems to be a lack of communication within the department. Was told by one employee that my windshield would be replaced would take a few days to get in. Get it scheduled to have my wife call and tell me they were refuse repair. Go to find out what was going on to have the another guy tell me there is an impact chip. Was supposed to be replace because of 2 deep scratches. After pointing this out they proceeded with replacement. A lot of frustration on our end could have been avoided if they put notes in your system as to what is going on instead of having an angry customer show up and cause a scene that was completely not necessary if communication was had before hand.
